CANCELLATION POLICY:


We understand that circumstances arise that require you to cancel. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please feel free to substitute someone in your place. However, if you are unable to attend and do not have someone else to send in your place, refunds will be made using the following guidelines:


- Any cancellation made more than 14 days* PRIOR TO the training will be refunded LESS a $25.00 administration fee.


- Any cancellation made within 14 days* (or less) of the training will not be available for a refund.


* “Days” refer to calendar days. So if a training is scheduled for the 20th day of the month, cancellations made up to and through the 4th would be available for a refund (less $25 administrative fee), and cancellations made on the 5th or later would not be available for refund.

Training is offered in “whole segments” only. Due to the nature of these courses, we are unable to offer participants the opportunity to sit in on only parts of a designated training presentation.
