SoTelligence™, Inc. offers a series of intensives, seminars, workshops, and courses designed to teach people social and emotional intelligence and provide them with the skills necessary to develop, grow, and maintain healthy and rewarding personal relationships – at home, at work, and in their community. Today, most training programs focus on teaching concepts that are of limited value when the participant leaves the classroom. Not unlike many self-help books, these programs talk a lot, but they don’t provide the attendee with the necessary “how to” instructions so you can accomplish the goals of the course. At SoTelligence®, we employ a TELL-SHOW-DO-FEEDBACK method of training where participants can learn about a concept, see it demonstrated by certified trainers, practice it in a safe and supportive environment, and receive (as well as give) feedback to others during practice rounds. This method has been shown to provide the best opportunity for participants to develop new skills and actually change their behaviors.
